A “harvest day for separatists” has been declared in Ukraine
In Ukraine, the former head of the Sevastopol city state administration, Oleg Kizimenko, was detained with the wording “for subversive activities.”
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko announced this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A fruitful day for separators. The Crimean departments of the SBU and the prosecutor's office, on the basis of a court decision, detained citizen Kizimenko, who after the occupation declared himself “Deputy Chairman of the Sevastopol City State Administration.” The investigation believes that in this position he contributed to the creation of occupation authorities, handed over official documentation to the occupiers, and also contributed to the Russian Federation in subversive activities against Ukraine,” the prosecutor general wrote.
He also said that 64 members of the “Crimean Self-Defense” have been put on the wanted list, which Lutsenko calls “an illegally created armed formation.”
“Currently, the prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol have established the complete personal data of 900 people who were part of the illegally created armed formation “Self-Defense of Crimea.” In addition, evidence is being collected of the participation of representatives of this formation in the seizure of enterprises, institutions, organizations, attacks on citizens who support the pro-Ukrainian position, and their abductions, as well as the commission of other criminal offenses,” the prosecutor general wrote.
He also posted photographs of those put on the wanted list, specifying that among them were 8 organizers, 15 company commanders and 41 participants in the Crimean Self-Defense.
At the same time, the Crimean businessman Lenur Islyamov feels calm in Ukraine; after Crimea joined the Russian Federation, he held the position of Deputy Prime Minister in the Crimean government. After he was dismissed, he moved to Ukraine, where he became one of the organizers of the blockade of Crimea and a sponsor of militants.
Let us recall that Yuriy Lutsenko became the first prosecutor general in the history of independent Ukraine without a legal background, for which purpose the parliament adopted an amendment to the current legislation.
