Social issues expert Andrei Pavlovsky spoke about this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The new labor code will expand the grounds for dismissal and there will be interference in personal life, which is contrary to the Constitution,” Pavlovsky said. – Eavesdropping and spying on an employee will be allowed. The Code allows the employer to install means of hidden video surveillance and sound recording, that is, the person will be “under the hood” all the time, which is a direct interference in his life.”
