Over the past two years, the vital functions of the state have been dying out, says Leonid Kozhara, leader of the Socialists party.

“Some areas of the state are simply dying out, others are under external control. What the government proposes to improve living standards does not cover the rise in prices in other areas. The social function of the state is also dying out. All social funds are in short supply and are not covered either by the domestic economy or by foreign borrowing,” says the politician.
