At the same time, according to reports from the State Water Resources Agency, the rivers are 20% full of the maximum.
According to the minister, the reason for this situation is climate change, as well as improper waste management.
At the same time, 200 thousand hryvnia have been allocated in the state budget for the current year for clearing river beds and combating pollution.
The same amount is provided for 2018.
