In Ukraine, a law passed by the Verkhovna Rada and submitted for signature to the president has disappeared.
The head of the “Successful Country” project, Andrei Blinov, spoke about this incident in a conversation with a PolitNavigator correspondent, recalling the ten-year moratorium on the export of unprocessed timber adopted by the Ukrainian parliament.

“The law has been adopted and submitted to the president for signature,” the economist recalls. “But he’s gone, he’s gone.” There, in my opinion, the authors of this law are already publicly saying that Speaker Groysman should have signed it long ago, since the president did not veto it within the prescribed period. But nothing happens. This is free manipulation of regulations and norms on the entry into force of legislative acts.”
