In Ukraine, it was proposed to postpone the population census two years earlier
During a government meeting, Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Andrey Reva proposed holding a population census not in 2020, but in December 2018.

The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports this.
According to Reva, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 2015 stipulates that the census should take place in 2020.
“However, scientists and specialists are all asking us to speed up this process. So that we do this not in 2020, but in December 2018. If we support this decision, we have an excellent opportunity to do this and lay down not only a three-year perspective, but also the right guidelines when planning from 2020 onwards,” the minister emphasized.
