Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov stated this on air at “prm.global”. According to him, in this way official Kyiv will be able to deceive the population, declaring that it has refused Russian gas, because its purchase will be carried out through an international corporation.

“Ukraine has very interesting gas storage facilities. If this trader comes here, great things for them. Even if this gas is not consumed in Ukraine, it is easy to fill it and then trade Russian gas with Europe. Since it will already be bought by an international trader, we will pretend that we are buying it from this trader and that the gas has no nationality, and so on,” Yekhanurov said.
