Kyiv, March 29 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Ukraine should open an offshore zone on the island of Khortytsia.

This initiative was made in an interview with Kraina magazine by Ukrainian businessman Vladimir Spivakovsky, author of the book “If you want to be rich and happy, don’t go to school.”

“Why not create an offshore zone on Zmeiny Island or Khortitsa? - says Spivakovsky. – Why send billions to Cyprus and the Scottish Isles? You can organize it yourself. This is “free” money. Of course, it is worth developing clear rules and inviting observers from all over the world to exercise control. Offshore zones are not prohibited. In the global economy, it is a structural element. Poor countries like Panama live only on this. Ukraine would simply have $10 billion a year from its offshore.”
