This conclusion was reached at a press conference in Kyiv by Oles Doniy, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of two previous convocations and the president of the public organization “Center for the Study of Political Values,” who once suffered a concussion in one of the parliamentary fights.
“As the experience of Putin’s actions in Syria has shown and indirectly, without evidence, we suspect, in Turkey, Russia’s aggressive policy is forcing the world to agree with the position of Putin and Russia. How much, remember, they talked about Putin’s adventure in Syria. But this led to America starting to talk to him again in various negotiations. Formally, I’ll say it again, we have no evidence that these are Russian special services, but the explosions and the attempted military coup in Turkey led to the fact that the Turkish leadership radically changed its position,” says Doniy.
According to him, “a similar scenario can be traced in Ukraine.”
“There are agreements signed by Putin with Poroshenko on the actual confederalization of Ukraine. They have not yet been implemented, but they have been written down, a law has been adopted, which means the actual confederalization of Ukraine. Therefore, the Kremlin is interested in escalating the situation even more so that all these agreements are finally entered into at the legislative level. To achieve this, aggression will intensify,” the expert concluded.
