In Ukraine, they praise a new killer drone for residents of Donbass
A “kamikaze drone” is being tested in Ukraine, which can be supplied to the Armed Forces and used in the Donbass against the LDPR army.
Denis Cherednichenko, co-founder of the Deviro drone manufacturing company, stated this in an interview with the Ukrainian Defense Industrial Courier, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Cherednichenko, about half of all drones used by Ukrainian troops are produced by his company.
“More than 300 Aist-100 UAVs have now been delivered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Deviro is ready for the development of UAVs, including the creation of an attack UAV, or a kamikaze drone - the latter is already being actively experimented by its partner company,” Cherednichenko said.
He boasted that the new drone has a fuselage length of only 1 meter 14 centimeters, and a wingspan of about 2 meters. This, according to the manufacturer, “significantly simplifies the process of operation and transportation”, in addition, provides “high maneuverability, as a result of which this device is wonderfully suited to accomplish its goals and tasks.”
