This is reported on the NSJU website.
The incidents occurred in Kyiv, Nikolaev, the Lviv region and Chernivtsi.
According to the monitoring “Index of Physical Safety of Journalists of Ukraine,” which the NUJU conducts jointly with partner organizations, since the beginning of the year, 85 cases of physical aggression towards journalists have been recorded.
Thus, on November 17 in Kyiv, during the deportation of Georgian journalist Tamaz Shavshishvili, law enforcement officers exceeded their authority and used force against him.
The film crew of the “Schemes” program was also injured. On the evening of November 7, journalists tried to film how the former head of the Presidential Administration and other passengers were flying away on a private plane at the Kiev airport.
The NUJU called for a prompt investigation into the incident and to ensure that those who attacked the journalists were punished.
