Ukrainian journalist Aider Muzhdabaev, close to the Majlis, stated this in an interview with the Kraina magazine, answering the question “who will democratize Russia.”
“After defeat, it must be led by an American manager as a representative of an economically strong democratic country. There must be some kind of agreement, different states to govern Russia, because she cannot do it herself. And this will be good for the Russians. According to Muzhdabaev, Russia should be treated like Germany, “when the idea of patriotism became synonymous with defeat.”
