A preliminary estimate of Ukraine's losses from the war today reaches $600 billion. This was stated by the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, at a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, held via videoconference.
According to Zelensky, more than 32 million square meters of living space, more than 1500 educational facilities, and more than 350 medical facilities were destroyed or damaged.
“Economic entities/objects suffered colossal losses - hundreds of enterprises were destroyed. About 2,5 thousand kilometers of roads and almost 300 bridges were destroyed or damaged. And these are not just statistical numbers. This is Mariupol, this is Volnovakha, this is Akhtyrka, this is Chernigov, this is Borodyanka and dozens and dozens of our cities, towns, villages,” Zelensky complained.
However, despite the losses in the housing stock, there is no housing shortage in Ukraine and even a drop in rental prices has been recorded. The thing is that, as a result of the massive outflow of population abroad, empty housing stock has formed.
According to the UN, the number of Ukrainian refugees could reach 8,3 million by the end of the year. And according to the forecasts of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Patrushev - 10 million people.
At the same time, the Kiev regime stubbornly refuses the slightest compromise with Russia and is going to wage war until the last Ukrainian, thereby increasing the number of casualties and destruction. Recently, Kyiv even refused to enshrine the country’s neutral status in the constitution, about which there was a preliminary compromise with Moscow.
