The coalition has collapsed in Ukraine: They are working on Biden’s call

This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Expert Council analytical center, Iskander Khisamov, answering the question whether the parliamentary coalition in the Verkhovna Rada will collapse or not.
“In fact, it no longer exists, it has already collapsed,” came the answer. – There is also no main product of the coalition - the government, because there are no results of its activities, we do not know the concept of the government, and what they want from the economy. In fact, only the Ministry of Finance is working, which is trying to get loans and restructure debts.”
At the same time, the political scientist points out, the coalition and the Cabinet of Ministers must exist at least in a formal form, which is what we are seeing now.
“Therefore, the political elite is moving to manual control of its so-called coalition, which is you know what - intrigue, mutual accusations, but it must be managed somehow,” the expert concludes. – The vote on the civil service bill showed that, firstly, there is no longer a ruling coalition, and, secondly, that few people are interested in this anymore. The same Groysman and the leaders of the factions have certain manual tools: somehow collect votes, yell at someone, somewhere during a break they say that the call is from the IMF or from Biden. Or whisper something else in the ears of these deputies. And suddenly, after some fifth or sixth time, they take something.”
