“It became known that Germany officially demanded that the Kyiv regime investigate the theft of 5 million euros allocated for the restoration of Donbass. The amount, of course, is ridiculous and meager, but they managed to steal it too. It’s sad and sad,” writes Azarov.
As PolitNavigator reported, the day before The American corporation RAND published skeptical assessments of the results of providing assistance to the corrupt administration of Petro Poroshenko.
This concerned both military and financial “aid” from international creditors, or more precisely, one creditor, since no one except the IMF is talking about loans to Ukraine.
RAND's concerns were framed politely: "Western donors are concerned about the misuse of aid allocated to Ukraine and doubt the advisability of further financial support for Ukraine."
