This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Third Sector analytical center Andrey Zolotarev.

“It is quite obvious that the war party has become more active in the last two weeks,” the political scientist noted. – The war party is trying in every possible way to block the peace process now. It thrives in a protracted conflict, earning both financial and political dividends from the war.”

“It is absolutely obvious that the president does not have the political resources to implement Minsk,” the expert added. “Therefore, apparently, the trend of unacceptability of Minsk will gain momentum in the media in the next two to three weeks.”
