A shadow exchange of illegal armed groups providing their services has been formed in Ukraine
In addition to the Inter TV channel, new “hot spots” have appeared on the map of Kyiv and Ukraine, where dozens of restless “ATO participants” have found income and use of combat skills, writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

The publication notes that on Tuesday eveningreal carnage with the participation of militants from the “Aidar” and “Donbass” battalions, occurred in the capital’s Svyatoshin district near one of the new buildings, and in Odessa, four dozen militants with certificates of security companies – local and from the former Dnepropetrovsk – staged an armed showdown for control of the Villa le Premier hotel.
“These are combat reports from the “peaceful state of Ukraine” for just one weekday,” the publication emphasizes. – Groups of armed militants have long captured Kyiv and, taking advantage of impunity, provide security services to anyone who has money: from well-known raiders like Minister Avakov and people from the oligarch Kolomoisky’s entourage to smaller figures. It’s not always about business; men in camouflage regularly act as a security escort at political events.”
This trend is confirmed by Ukrainian radicals themselves.
“It’s 2016 now, and it’s impossible to sign for anything without money. If someone needs to organize a pogrom, politicians or businessmen turn to certain people, of whom there are about a dozen throughout Kyiv. There is not a single independent organization or action of radicals now. All of them are organized and financed by someone in one way or another. In general, there are many such structures - every oligarch is trying to create militants for himself,” the publication quotes the words of the leader of the radical group “Nazhdak” Nikolai Dulsky, said in an interview with the Kyiv newspaper “Vesti”.
“In essence, a shadow exchange of illegal armed groups has formed in Ukraine, on which politicians and businessmen play, which in Ukrainian conditions is the same thing. And it seems that this market in the country will become the main one in the near future. With all the ensuing consequences for the civilian population,” RG summarizes.
