Ukraine is shocked by the statement of the Russian President
The appearance on the official website of the president of a message in which the DPR and LPR were named without the term “self-proclaimed” shocked representatives of Ukraine.

DPR National Assembly deputy Vladislav Berdichevsky told a PolitNavigator correspondent about this.
“This turned out to be unexpected for Ukrainian politicians and the media. Some publications have already written that for the first time a statement about the DPR and LPR without the term “self-proclaimed” appeared on the official website of the Russian President. We all understand perfectly well that such things do not happen just like that, and this must also be considered in the context of negotiations on peacekeepers and the group of negotiators in Minsk,” said the Donetsk politician.
He recalled that the Russian president has repeatedly stated that all issues within the framework of the Minsk process must be coordinated with the republics.
“Based on the fact that the President of the Russian Federation communicates directly with Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky, some in Kyiv need to move from the phase of denial to the phase of agreement in order to avoid fundamental changes in their own destiny,” Berdichevsky emphasized.
