In Ukraine, the number of livestock and the number of those mobilized in the ATO decreased

The number of cattle as of February 1, 2015 decreased by 9,8% compared to February last year.
The implementation of the plan for mobilization into the Ukrainian army is also not showing the best results. During the fifth wave of mobilization across Ukraine, only 70% of the planned number of mobilized were called up.

The publication notes that the sixth wave of mobilization is not going any better. For every thousand summonses sent out, military registration and enlistment offices receive only a hundred people.
The most modest results of mobilization are demonstrated by the Ivano-Frankivsk, Transcarpathian and Chernivtsi regions. Here the plan was not even half fulfilled, and Transcarpathia did not even reach 30%. The problems are approximately the same - low turnout, mass exodus abroad and a huge proportion of those whom the medical commission recognizes as unfit for service.
In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, in approximately 60 villages, not a single person was mobilized for the entire year.
The Odessa region also showed weak statistics. There, the plan for the fifth wave of mobilization was completed only by 57%. The statistics are spoiled by Bessarabia - the territory between the Black Sea and Transnistria. Bulgarians, Gagauz, Moldovans and Russians live compactly here; anti-Ukrainian sentiments are strong among the population, which were strengthened by the rough work of local military commissars.
In Kharkov, the mobilization plan was completed by only 23%.
