Oleg Berezyuk (Samopomich) stated this at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Two months ago, I contacted the Cabinet of Ministers - the ambulance service in the Skole district (Lviv region), in particular, the substation in Mstislavskie, is not working. Do you know why? There is no money to repair the only car. And so - throughout the country. And in next year’s budget there will be further robbery of medicine. We need to return 4-7 billion UAH, which are taken from medicine. Where to get? The law enforcement agencies. What, are we building a police state?” he said.
