This decision was made by the company’s supervisory board on January 30 “due to production needs,” Interfax-Ukraine reports.
The branches specialized in the trade of cars and spare parts, and also engaged in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
The division represents the KIA, Chevrolet, Chery and ZAZ brands in the Odessa region, as well as the TATA cargo line and the I-VAN bus line.
In addition, according to a message in the disclosure system of the National Securities Market Commission, another structural division of UkrAvto, the Vinnytsia-Avto enterprise, for a similar reason, decided to liquidate its branch Khmelnyk-Avto (Vinnytsia region).
