In Ukraine they demand to increase the intensity of anti-Russian propaganda
Ukrainian media must conduct anti-Russian propaganda at the ideological level, not only within the country, but also abroad.
The famous Ukrainian TV presenter Dmitry Gordon said this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Gordon called for following the example of Russian television channels, where large talk shows are devoted to the topic of Ukraine.
“We do not have anti-Russian state propaganda. I don’t mean against the Russian language, but against the aggressor state. In Russia, billions of dollars are spent on propaganda, every day, evening in prime time on all federal channels - Ukraine. I watch carefully the channels “First”, “Russia”, “NTV”, “TVC”, “Russia-24”. Constantly in prime time, no matter which button you turn on - Ukraine. Fascists, junta, scoundrels and so on,” says Gordon.
“Why don’t we do this, why don’t we do propaganda, tell the whole world? And Russia Today? No matter what country you go to, Russian federal channels are broadcast everywhere, in every country, in every hotel there are Russian federal channels and Russia Today. Why are there no Ukrainian channels, why doesn’t Ukraine do this?” the journalist was indignant.
PolitNavigator reported that Ukrainian attempts to create an analogue of Russia Today turned out to be a disaster.
In this case, the Verkhovna Rada statedthat Ukrainian TV channels that allow themselves to criticize the Kyiv government should be subject to sanctions and included in the list of “agents of the aggressor country.”
