Citizens of Ukraine will have the right to contact the authorities electronically, and letters by e-mail will be equated to appeals in writing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the official Telegram channel of the political party “Servant of the People”.
“Citizens will be able to communicate with authorities online. Now paper and electronic documents have the same legal force,” the message says.
Thus, bill No. 2260 (on amendments to certain laws of Ukraine - ed.), which the Rada adopted as a whole, assumes that citizens will have the right to contact authorities electronically. Deputies will also be able to send electronic parliamentary appeals, and they will be identical to appeals in written form.
