Sumy, March 05 (Navigator, Vladimir Bratchenko) – In Sumy they continue to fight against monuments of the Soviet era. This time, a memorial sign in honor of Marshal Zhukov, installed in 2005 on the street named after the Soviet commander, fell under the sledgehammers of vandals. At one time, the Novgorod 10th Dragoon Regiment was stationed in Sumy, in which the future marshal began his combat career during the First World War.
