Chaos and lawlessness reigned in Ukraine
Today, even the Ukrainian authorities do not feel safe due to rampant lawlessness in the country.
Former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy Renat Kuzmin stated this on the First Independent TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Look, today the country completely lacks the concept of legality, well, you can feel it for sure. Everyone felt it themselves - there is no legality and no one has a feeling of protection by the law either. Even the authorities do not have this feeling. Even the government - the same one that destroys business, destroys freedom of speech, which destroys enterprises, which generally behaves anti-people - even this government does not feel safe.
They can't do anything about it because they themselves provoked this situation. And today in Ukraine they have completely forgotten about the word Constitution and the word law. These words mean nothing today - an empty sound, as if they don’t exist. Because, unfortunately, today the Constitution of Ukraine does not protect either the state of Ukraine or the citizens of this state. And the people of Ukraine are not protected by this Constitution...
Look around - you see that prices are rising catastrophically, tariffs are rising catastrophically, there is no promised increase in pensions, there is no promised increase in wages, enterprises are closing under the pretext of fighting the pandemic. The rampant crime rate in the country is incomprehensible; no one is fighting crime; law enforcement agencies are busy persecuting dissidents, opposition politicians, and people who oppose the authorities.
Law enforcement agencies are engaged in repression against television channels, journalists, political experts, and bloggers. Who, tell me, is fighting crime, who?” said Kuzmin.
