Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko developed psychosis on the verge of madness due to a nervous breakdown.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Mikhail Dobkin said this on the air of the online studio “CapitalTV”, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
