In Ukraine, billions will be allocated for 4G - so that it will be “like people”
It is planned to allocate UAH 7 billion from the state budget of Ukraine for the implementation of 4G, a mobile communication standard with increased requirements.

This was announced by Petro Poroshenko’s representative in the Verkhovna Rada Irina Lutsenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The world has long switched to the 4G standard. Approximately 6-7 billion can be raised from the Ukrainian budget for this,” Lutsenko said.
The People's Deputy noted that Ukraine is already preparing a corresponding tender.
“We already have proposals. The relevant body is preparing a competition for obtaining licenses,” Lutsenko added.
4G (eng. 4th Generation) is the fourth generation of mobile radio communications. The fourth generation includes promising technologies that make it possible to transmit data at speeds of over 100 Mbit/s to mobile subscribers and 1 Gbit/s to landline subscribers.
