The First Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice decided to open a disciplinary case against the judge of the Pechersky District Court of Kiev Larisa Tsokol in connection with a complaint filed against her, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports with reference to the press service of the High Council of Justice.

“Having considered the complaint of A.A. Pikalov, the First Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice decided to open a disciplinary case against the judge of the Pechersky District Court of the city of Kyiv Larisa Ivanovna Tsokol,” the decision says.
At the same time, the VRP decided to open a disciplinary case against the judge of the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv, Andrey Trubnikov.
Two complaints were filed with the High Council of Justice against the judge of the Pechersky District Court Larisa Tsokol, who released Mikheil Saakashvili without choosing a preventive measure.
Let us recall that on December 11, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv refused to apply a preventive measure in the form of XNUMX-hour house arrest against Saakashvili.
