In Ukraine, a Moldovan was detained for filming child porn
A citizen of Moldova was detained on suspicion of corrupting young girls and creating pornographic materials with their participation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press service of the Kiev prosecutor's office.
“A 53-year-old citizen of Moldova was detained, who repeatedly committed indecent acts against young girls and attracted them to create pornographic materials,” the prosecutor’s office reported.
The man, as noted, lives in Gribovka, Odessa region. “By renting out housing to vacationers, the attacker gained the trust of their young children and invited them to “play.” During such communication, the man forced the girls to undress, took photographs and persuaded them to commit certain actions,” the prosecutor’s office added.
During a search in the detainee’s apartment, as indicated, a significant number of photos and videos were seized that confirm his criminal actions.
The attacker’s actions are qualified under two articles of the Criminal Code, which provide for liability for committing indecent acts against minors, as well as for the production and distribution of pornographic images containing child pornography.
For this crime, the man faces a penalty of imprisonment for up to 10 years.
