A film with Zelensky was banned in Ukraine
The State Cinema Committee of Ukraine does not issue a distribution certificate for the film “Rzhevsky vs. Napoleon,” in which Vladimir Zelensky played the role of the French emperor.
The editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian News portal Denis Ivanesko wrote about this on his blog.
“Goskino for the first time banned the distribution of a film with the participation of Zelensky - “Rzhevsky against Napoleon.” Zelensky not only played the role of Napoleon in it, but also acted as a producer of the film along with his companions in the “95th Quarter” Sergei and Boris Shefir and Andrei Yakovlev, as well as Russian director and producer Sergei Livnev. The famous Russian comedian Yuri Galtsev, who was blacklisted by the SBU, which is why the film was banned in Ukraine, played a cameo role in it as the mayor. All that remains is to wait for the National Security and Defense Council sanctions against Zelensky. Not for long,” Ivanesko says ironically.
At the same time, as PolitNavigator reported, Ukraine lifted the ban on the series “Matchmakers”, the filming of which is related to Zelensky’s company and in which the Russian actor Fyodor Dobronravov, who appears on the “black lists” of the SBU, is starring.
