About it reported the State Service of Ukraine for Medicines and Drug Control.
“The decision to ban was made on the basis of a letter from GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ukraine LLC and the establishment of the fact that an unregistered drug is in circulation on the territory of Ukraine,” the statement says.
Therefore, the Ministry of Health instructed vaccine distributors to remove it from circulation for further disposal or destruction.
The manufacturer of the banned vaccine is the Italian company Fidia Pharmaceutici S.P.A., and packaging and quality control is carried out by Smith Klein Beecham-Biomed LLC (Russia).
