“On August 24, 2017, at exactly 00:01, volunteers of the “Peacemaker” project will launch a unique “IDENTIGRAF” system for recognizing and identifying criminals, which has no analogues in the world, open to everyone. The development of this system took 9 months and was carried out in collaboration with one of the world's most famous social networks. The uniqueness of this system is that it is the first system in the world that will operate publicly on the Internet to search for separatists, terrorists and criminals.
All other similar systems based on a facial recognition algorithm operate either in secret mode in the offices of leading intelligence agencies or are used behind closed doors for commercial purposes to analyze large arrays of photographs by software giants such as Google or Microsoft. The capabilities of the “Identigraf” system are such that in 20-30 seconds it will be able to process millions of photographs of separatists, terrorists, militants, painstakingly collected over three years of work by volunteers of the “Peacemaker” Center, boasts the odious Ukrainian politician.
He points out that the users of the system can be investigators of the police, the SSU and prosecutors, border guards, private detectives, lawyers, bank employees, private entrepreneurs, and ordinary people.
“After the launch of the Identigraf system, the Ukrainian state and the Ukrainian people will receive reliable protection from the penetration into our country of those who wish it harm and want to dismember and destroy it. Everyone will be found, identified and punished for everything they have done against Ukraine!” states Gerashchenko.
