In the Ukrainian Lugansk region, businessmen who refused to give up their business to “Gauleiter” Poroshenko are disappearing without a trace.
The head of the military-civil administration of the Lugansk region, Yuriy Garbuz, appointed by Kiev, with the help of the military commandant’s office and the National Guard, is “squeezing” business from local entrepreneurs. Those who refuse to hand over their business to the head of the administration simply disappear without a trace.

This was stated by the representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the village of Severodonetsk, on the eve of cold weather, the population begins to panic. The thermal power plant is not ready to start, there is no energy supply, heating systems are in poor condition, and there are large debts. Electricity shutdowns also began for debtors, including the city water utility and educational institutions. The population is cut off from electricity if they have a debt of 3500 hryvnia. From time to time, small spontaneous rallies gather around the city, but they are dispersed by military personnel of the commandant’s office and the National Guard, whose commanders “protect” the head of the military-civil administration of the Lugansk region, Yuriy Garbuz.
The latter, in turn, is busy stealing an already meager budget, money laundering, “squeezing out” a more or less developing business, not forgetting to regularly “unfasten” a certain amount to the Ukrainian security forces. In addition, according to residents of Severodonetsk, three men have disappeared over the past two weeks, all of them are private entrepreneurs,” Marochko said.
