Ukraine must establish contacts with Russian liberals in order to change power in the Kremlin with their help. Ex-head of Rukh Ivan Drach stated this on TV channel 112.
He is confident that this is the only way to “defeat Russia.”

“I think when our biggest pet peeve, which is called Putin or the Kremlin, that if we want to overcome something on this basis, we must definitely establish contacts with some kind of Russian elite. Whether it’s Jewish, like Shenderovich, let’s say, there are Russians there, like Sidorov, but by all means we can establish these contacts,” Drach said.
