On Ukrainian TV they began to figure out why Savchenko gained weight in a Russian prison?
Sooner or later, Ukrainians will find out how Nadezhda Savchenko was actually captured, and why Russian law enforcement officers allowed her to participate in court hearings wearing a T-shirt with a trident. Ukrainian politician Yevgeny Chervonenko, one of Viktor Yushchenko’s closest associates during the 2004 Orange Revolution, stated this on the NewsOne TV channel.

“I always asked the question - how is it that in Russian totalitarianism, the aggressor, Savchenko is allowed to wear a T-shirt with a trident to the courts. What does she look like during a hunger strike, two years in solitary confinement... Well, I don’t know. Sooner or later, people will find out how she was captured and how many people died liberating her,” Chervonenko said.
He noticed that Savchenko was reading out his demands on printed paper at the press conference.
“Of course, by the way she read the prepared text, she was being led. She didn't even read the text. Who's leading? The services will probably sort this out. They say in our circles of the remnants of the elite and business, there is a sister, Vera, she has an interesting young man with an incomprehensible past. In general, she is a moderator,” Chervonenko let out spy passion.
