Ukrainian TV promises: Russia will collapse by the end of 2015
Kyiv, February 08 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Ukraine needs American weapons to hold out until the end of the year, when Russia collapses. Verkhovna Rada deputy Borislav Bereza stated this on the Inter TV channel.

“At the moment when the first Jevelins are used in Ukraine, when the first tactical weapons, the latest, are used, at that moment the Russian army will stop... Our task is not to go into the territory of the Russian Federation. Our task is to force Russia to start talking,” he said.
Bereza’s words were questioned by the former speaker of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Oleg Voloshin.
“Even if tomorrow we inflict such significant losses on the Russian army... What next? Will we raise the Caucasus? You must understand perfectly well: Putin was defeated on the Maidan - Ukraine did not join the Customs Union, this is already a victory. Do we really think that we will detach ourselves from him without giving anything in return? Without even abandoning NATO? Even without decentralization? Without even making any concessions? Well, this is not normal! There is a great power next to us - for now - I believe that in 5 years it will be weaker, but - for now - they need to give in at least something in order to get time, create a strong army, carry out reforms and fight corruption,” said Voloshin.
“And economists say: Russia hasn’t even had a year, and soon everything will be different. Therefore, everything will not happen in 5 years. Within a year we will see the collapse of the Russian Empire. And before the summer we need high-precision American weapons,” Bereza assured.
