“The only condition for the return of Crimea to Ukraine is the disintegration of the Russian state and its liquidation in its current state, its collapse into several states. Ukrainian special services should work in this direction. The legislation of the Russian Federation does not provide for the secession of any territory from its composition. Thus, I do not believe that the Russians will ever change legislation in order to release Crimea,” Laptiychuk said.
