“Poroshenko is talking about a police mission that would take control of a state border about 400 kilometers long. In order to keep under control, organize the appropriate points, and be protected - this is not a Makarov pistol. These are armored vehicles, and not 600 people, but about 10 thousand. So far no one has agreed to such a mission.
Putin said that they agree to arm the police who will be on the demarcation line and in the places where the equipment will be taken. Putin did not at all agree to give control of the border to Ukraine or even the OSCE.
