Ukraine is committing war crimes by using the army in Donbass. Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy, former head of the Ukrainian Interpol bureau Kirill Kulikov stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, without introducing martial law, Kyiv decided to use troops against the civilian population.
“These are war crimes. We don't have a war, so why are troops used against us? That is, it is believed that we have civilians in Donetsk, we do not have the right, according to international standards and international law, to use troops against civilians. If there is a war, then it is clear - people are used who are called the army, have separate insignia, wear a uniform, have weapons, and so on. There is one side, the other side, there are conventions that apply when troops are used, and everything becomes clear. We don’t understand what we have now,” Kulikov said.
