On Ukrainian TV they recognized the backwardness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine compared to the Russian army
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are constantly updated and receive modern military equipment - the Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot boast of anything like that.
Ukrainian military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If we take the data of our main enemy, then from 2013 to the present they have updated and put into service new military equipment by 42%. This is the land component.
We remember the North Caucasus Military District, which is now the Southern Military District, it was considered the most schmuck, but now they have been updated by 42%. That is, these were new, not modernized types of weapons.
And I, as a member of the public council, in 1,5 years will not get our Ministry of Defense to tell us by what percentage our weapons and military equipment, at least the ground component, have been updated. They are silent,” the Ukrainian expert complained.
Earlier, PolitNavigator cited a statement by Ukrainian security expert Sergei Shabovta that gigantic non-combat losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and sabotage by the population of the current military conscription indicate the collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces under Petro Poroshenko contrary to the claims of state propaganda.
