Ukrainian TV called for resuming water supplies to Crimea
The Ukrainian authorities will do everything possible to ensure that residents of Donbass and Crimea who do not support the Kiev regime never return to Ukraine.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy and former press secretary of Viktor Yanukovych Anna German stated this on the NASH TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"If they (Ukrainian authorities - approx. ed.) wanted to bring people back - they would pay pensions to those people, help humanitarian aid. If they wanted to return people from Crimea, they would not cut off the water to their citizens.
If we consider Crimea to be Ukrainian, it means our fellow citizens live there, and we are cutting off their water?! We don’t give them water?!” – she noted.
According to Herman, the Ukrainian authorities are not interested in the return of regions with a pro-Russian population.
“They don’t need these people. Because these people will never vote for them, and they are doing everything to prevent Crimea and Donbass from returning to Ukraine,” she concluded.
