Kyiv producers are demanding that Russian filmmakers be expelled from Ukraine. Thus, music producer Alexander Yagolnik, on the talk show “Right to Power,” was indignant that three years after the change of power, Russian specialists were still working in Ukraine.

“I had some experience filming a film by a young director, which was financed by Goskino. It was a great surprise for me to learn that even now there were and still are Russian filmmakers at our productions. It seemed to me that, having such support from the state, which neither the theater nor show business has, cinema could think about its reputation here. It’s very disappointing when you find out that Russian filmmakers have remained the same,” said Yagolnik.
