“The next thing that matters is even more important than border control. How many armies will Ukraine have? Either we have one Ukrainian army and one state, or we have two armies - the Ukrainian and the DPR/LPR army. All the demands that we fulfilled are in one way or another beneficial to Putin within his new concept - to contain the source of chaos on the territory of Ukraine,” Datsyuk said.
