Ukrainian TV told how Yatsenyuk’s associates seized a confectionery factory in Zhitomir
Former co-owner of the Zhytomyr confectionery factory “Zhytomyrski Lasoschi” Denis Dolinsky for the first time announced the details of the raider takeover of the enterprise and the names of its organizers. He also told who was involved in the murder of the factory lawyer.

Dolinsky stated this on the talk show “Shuster LIVE Weekdays”.
According to him, the initiators of the seizure were the head of the Rada Defense Committee Sergei Pashinsky, Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, as well as Pashinsky’s business partner Sergei Tishchenko.
“Today, property rights do not exist in Ukraine. Those people who are in power are engaged in banditry. Our company was one of the three largest in the confectionery market. In 2015, Mr. Pashinsky, together with Mr. Avakov and Mr. Petrenko, the Minister of Justice, seized our enterprise without a single document. They sent a group of bandits consisting of 500 people to the enterprise, who fired firearms at the employees of the enterprise, beat them and forcibly removed them from the territory. Unfortunately, on February 27, 2015, a group of Pashinsky and his business partner Tishchenko kidnapped our lawyer. And as we later found out, they killed him. Tishchenko has a ward, Alexander Kot, who previously called our lawyer and demanded some documents on the reorganization for 2010. After that, no one saw the lawyer,” Dolinsky said.
Let us note that Avakov, Pashinsky and Petrenko are members of the political council of the Popular Front party, the leader of which is former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
