On Ukrainian TV they told how Maidan activists shit their pants in Crimea
The loss of Crimea is primarily to blame for the politicians who came in the wake of the Maidan - Turchynov, Yatsenyuk, Pashinsky and Avakov.

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Elena Bondarenko stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to her, post-Maidan leaders were afraid that there were actually Russian troops in Crimea and did not send punitive battalions there, unlike in Donbass.
“Those people who at that time had the authority. Turchinov, Avakov, Pashinsky, and all the people who at that time took part in closed meetings of that National Security and Defense Council had them. These people received operational secret information about the state of affairs, interceptions of telephone conversations, they had everything - the reaction was zero. It is these people who are responsible for the fact that our Ukraine lost the weight of Crimea. Because it's scary. Indeed, there are Russian troops there, that’s what I definitely have no doubt about and never have had, and there is no Ukrainian army there, and the Ukrainian army there doesn’t fight for Ukrainian land, it’s scary,” said the ex-deputy.
“And the second point, I think that there was an absolutely cynical, pragmatic, dirty political calculation that together with Crimea, first of all, what would go away? The votes are leaving, the so-called electorate is leaving, those people who will in no way support the revolutionaries, those people who came to power in the wake of this coup,” Bondarenko added.
