According to him, Ukraine needs to learn to make painful compromise decisions.
“We need to learn from the example of other countries, how peace was achieved in Ireland, because without a painful process, including without complex negotiations and complex compromises on the part of Ukraine, it is impossible to achieve peace,” Taruta said.
