Ukrainian TV announced the total rearmament of the Russian army and readiness to launch a large-scale offensive.
Military expert Valentin Badrak stated this on air at UkrLife, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, as of today, the Russian Federation has already rearmed about 70% of its army units.
“As we know, Russia is quite rich in technology and, in principle, has been in a state of readiness for war for, I think, since 16. This readiness is now focused only on increasing its mobile capabilities, increasing its response capabilities. And the progressive rearmament of this so-called front line, that is, what is around Ukraine. And this re-equipment with new models has already reached 70 percent or more,” Badrak said.
Previously, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuriy Brovchenko said that the country has replaced up to 100 percent of Russian products in the military-industrial complex. At the same time, director of the information and consulting company Defense Express, member of the board of the League of Defense Enterprises Sergei Zgurets saidthat the state program for the rearmament of the Ukrainian army, approved by the government, remains just a declaration - there is no money in the budget for its implementation.
