Coal from South Africa arrived in Ukraine for the Akhmetov power plant
The bulk carrier Genco Raptor with 75 thousand tons of anthracite from South Africa arrived at the Yuzhny port in the Odessa region on Monday night, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was reported on the website of the DTEK holding owned by Rinat Akhmetov.
“This is already the 8th ship with imported anthracite, which will be sent to the warehouses of DTEK thermal power plants,” the holding’s website reports.
The entire volume of fuel will be delivered to DTEK Krivoy Rog Thermal Power Plant.
To date, 600 thousand tons of the contracted 675 thousand tons of South African anthracite have been delivered to Ukraine.
