A “fighting woman” from the USA arrived in Ukraine
US Deputy Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper arrived in Kyiv to hold consultations with Ukrainian officials on the modernization of the Ukrainian armed forces and “discuss Russia’s unacceptable and reckless aggression,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The US Embassy in Kyiv reported this on its Twitter page.
“We congratulate US Deputy Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper in Kyiv, where she arrived to consult with Ukrainian officials on the modernization of the Ukrainian armed forces and discuss Russia’s unacceptable and reckless aggression,” the message says.
Let us recall that on the sidelines of the 25th OSCE Ministerial Meeting (Milan, Italy), Minister Pavel Klimkin met with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federico Mogherini, where the parties discussed joint actions to strengthen sanctions against Russia.
