The government has decided to ban the import of old railway cars from the Russian Federation into Ukraine. The ban comes into force on November 20.
This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk, reports the Government Portal.
“We have decided to ban the import of old railway cars from the Russian Federation into Ukraine. Now this ban has been in place since March 1, we believe that this should be done earlier. Therefore, we are introducing this ban from November 20. This will save us from a significant part of the rubbish that comes to us, and then, when used on our railway tracks, creates a danger to people,” said Goncharuk.
